Southwest Chicken White Bean Soup

1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 pd. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 can chicken broth
1 cup chunky salsa
3 gloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 can. Small White beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
1 lg. onion, chopped


Directions:


Cut chicken in 1 inch pieces. Heat oil in skillet and cook over med-high heat until browned. Add chicken and remaining ingredients in to a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hrs. or on High for 4-5 hours.
